During this series, Georgia Thompson will facilitate a discussion around employee-resource groups & how to make them effective.

This dynamic conversation will uncover the real purpose of employee resource groups and what they should aim to do. We will discuss how to start them and keep them sustainable including reviewing research on women’s networking in construction from Vanda Papafilippou from University of West England.

Please join in the conversation with your real life examples of how to set one up, and get ready to tell us what advice/guidance you would like and what are the fundamentals required to build an succesfull employee resource group.
