To assist the development of our individual members we offer Challenger Shops. D-vers-ty seek to empower individuals to challenge their own perceived barriers in order to be instigators of cultural change. There are 4 main workshops offered to individuals and companies sponsoring the training on behalf of their employees; 1. Negotiation skills. These sessions are to be particularly useful during times when negotiating salaries, pay rises and even bonuses. These sessions will equip individuals during unfamiliar scenarios and help combat individual limitations on pay gaps. 2. Personal branding. We offer workshops which bring numerous benefits to a person's life and career. Also, it helps in building confidence while gaining trusts, authenticity, and credibility. It is important that people know that building their branding is important and helpful. 3. Personal leadership. These sessions are designed to inform individuals about how their personal leadership influences themselves and influences others. An individual's personal self-image and motivation play a large role in how they perform, react, and lead others. 4. Professional Conduct. This is a tool to teach individuals about social norms and etiquette in the workplace. This is especially important for those from different cultures and countries.
